Personal data protection policy

The site https://carreers.ingerop.com, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site’, is the career site of the company [Ingérop], hereinafter referred to as ‘Ingérop’, and is intended for candidates and future candidates for the Company's job offers.
The terms ‘Users’, ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to the persons concerned by the data processing carried out when visiting and using the Site.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of the use that the Company makes of personal data collected during your visits to and use of the Site, and of the options and rights you have pursuant to the regulations applicable to personal data (and in particular in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 EU of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’).
1. The data controller
The controller is the person who determines the means and purposes of the processing of personal data.
The person responsible for processing the Site is: INGEROP CONSEIL ET INGENIERIE, SAS, a simplified joint stock company, with capital of €13,500,000, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 489626135, whose registered office is located at 18 RUE DES DEUX GARES - 92500 RUEIL MALMAISON.
2. Personal data
The term ‘personal data’ refers to personal information that identifies you directly or indirectly, as provided by you to the data controller on the Site or as deduced from your use of the Site.
This personal data may be collected on the Site when you create a personal account to manage your applications, apply for a job on the Site, subscribe to the newsletter or browse the Site.
Personal data is clearly indicated when it is required.
The personal data that we may collect, directly or indirectly, is as follows:
- Candidate identification and contact data: surname, first name, telephone number, personal email address, postal address, passport photograph (where applicable);
- Data relating to professional background and career aspirations: desired professions, desired locations, skills, sectors of activity, professional experience, driving licence, languages spoken, type of job and type of contract desired, desired remuneration, business travel (where applicable);
- Other application documents (if applicable) ;
- Connection data (IP address, URLs consulted, browser type, time).
3. Purposes of processing
The Company processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- the provision of job offers corresponding to the professional profile and/or professional wishes of candidates: by means of a simple search or by means of matching carried out by extracting data from the CV submitted and implementing an algorithm making it possible to link the CV data and the corresponding job offers available;
- management of applications for the Company's job offers;
- creation of a CV library;
- audience measurement and statistical studies to improve the user experience on the Site;
- securing and preventing fraud on the Site.
The Company ensures that at least one of these legal bases is applicable in order to process your personal data:
- the implementation of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract ;
- your consent
- the legitimate interests of the Company;
- compliance with laws and regulations.
4. Recipients
Your personal data is intended exclusively for use by the Company and the designated employees in charge of recruitment.
Subcontractors may be involved in providing the Site and its functionalities and thus have access to your personal data (for example: hosting the Site). These subcontractors are contractually obliged to the Company to guarantee a level of security and confidentiality of your personal data under conditions that comply with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and in particular with the RGPD.
5. Shelf life
Users' personal data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be processed.
6. Security and confidentiality
The Company takes all necessary precautions to protect the security of your data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Within their internal organisation, the Company and its service providers implement organisational, technical, software and physical measures relating to the security of information systems in order to protect the personal data processed against any alteration, destruction or unauthorised access.
7. Data transfer
The Company does not transfer personal data to countries that are not members of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
The Company may transfer personal data for the purposes mentioned above to service providers located in countries outside the European Union. Prior to any transfer outside the European Union, the Company takes all necessary measures and guarantees to provide a level of protection adequate to the requirements of the GDPR. These measures include the drafting of standard contractual clauses requiring the implementation of appropriate protection measures.
8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file deposited when you visit the Site and stored in a specific space on the hard disk of your terminal, whether a computer or a mobile device. Cookies are managed by your Internet browser or the mobile application used.
Cookies placed on the Site have a limited lifespan not exceeding thirteen (13) months, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The data collected and stored by cookies does not enable you to be identified personally but relates to your terminal and the use you make of it when you visit the Site.

In certain limited cases where the Company has genuine doubts as to the identity of the person making the request to exercise rights, the Company reserves the right to request proof of identity from the person making the request in order to verify its accuracy.

10. Update of the privacy policy
The Company may update this privacy policy at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the Site or to current regulations.
Users are invited to consult this page regularly to check for any updates. In the event of a significant change, Users will be provided with specific information by any means deemed appropriate by the Company.
